In important scene in the book "Dr. Frankenstein's Daughters" was when they had to arrest Giselle for the murder of four innocent people. This happened in Dr. Frankensteins lab when Walter was on the egde of death. This scene is important because it ends the conflict and problems in the book that was caused my Giselle. This part of the book show the true colors of the characters and their characteristics. This part of the book helped Ingrid share her true feelings towards Walter and also showed how Giselle needed mental help. This part of the book does help unrole the univaersal truth ,"Every mystery has its own ways of being told and found out."During this part of the book Ingrid feels scared and shook by the news that her sister had killed four men and had a mental problem. Giselle in this part feels attacked by Walter. This scene takes place in the Falling Action. In the book Ingrid wrote," Giselle coughed and started shifting from foot to foot. Her eyes were wild with fear. Then she strode up to Walter and was suddenly wielding a scalpel she'd snapped up from my instrument table"(234). This demonstrates how scared Giselle was at the sight of Walter being close to both of them. Also according to Investigator Cairo, "I'm taking her into custody, I came here tonight to arrest her. . . For the murder of Johann Gottlieb. But I suspect she is also guilty of murdering Captain Fynn Ramsay, your dairyman, and a man in Stromness named Kyle MacNab. I'm still working on the disappearance of Arthur Flett, but I'm pretty sure it will trace back to Giselle in the end"(238) This explains the reason they took her away as well as the characteristic of Giselle. I really enjoyed this book and I hope they make a next one that has more mystery to it.
